within 2 months time after purchase of logan I had to pay for pad coupling (parts no. - 60011547472)
I was repeatedly writting to customer care, but nothing has been done till date. I am sending you all the mail sent to customer care, but nothing has been done till date.

greetings from Jabalpur, MP. Till today neither I got the response from Win Win automobiles, Bhopal, nor from customer care Mahindra.
Probably if I am trying to send you repeated reminder is just because not all customer are so active for their rights. The problem what I have enumerated you is just the tip of an iceberg. Thats why you loose your customer on permanent basis. As such I have driven Logan Play around 5500 km, the vehicle is fantastic, but because of poor post sell service you are way behind in MP as far as sell of logan is concerned. I personally feel that vehicle is better than dezire and Manza.
I am frusted just because of poor response from Win Win, Bhopal and Customer care of Mahindra as well.

I (Dr. Ashutosh Agnihotri) have purchased Logan Play From Win Win Automobiles, Bhopal on 30th Sept.
following are my complaint against Win Win Automobiles, Bhopal
- Predelivary inspection of vehicle was not done (multidisplay meter was not working properly, head light focus was not adjusted)
- Vehicle was insured with Chola Mangalam, instead of Mahindra insurence.
- Second key of Vehicle is not yet given to me.
- vehicle got RTO registration after deepawali (in Nov) and they had taken Rs 2000 / = extra for RTO registration charges
- When I shown my vehicle on 14 Oct none of the written complaint got corrected except for Multidisplay meter
- combo Switch for fog lamp was not installed properly
- AC of vehicle is not working properly from the day one.
- NVR was not done till 3rd Nov as I had to pay from my pocket for first service to Star Automobiles, Jabalpur.
I wish to got the refund of Rs. 2000 / = as taken against extra RTO charges Plus the Amount of first free service (Rs 650 / =) paid by me to Star Automobiles, Jabalpur.
Win Win Automobiles looks to be more interested in selling the vehicle rather than committed for post sell service.
