We had taken services from Madhur Courier for a consignment delivery - (Consignment No- 1430167396. Dt. 06 Apr11).
From: Ratlam
Destination Address: Greater Noida, Gautab Buddha Nagar, PIN 201308
But While Tracing it, I found that Courier company has returned the consignment on 11th April back to Origin (Ratlam). The reason they conveyed that Madhur Courier don't have services to desination.
My Objection & Loss: WHY MADHUR courier has not conveyed at the time of accepting the consignment? I had to submitt these documents by 12 April in My compnay for the purpose of Medical Claim.
Now, Since I am not able to get these documents it will result me loss of around Rs. 15000/-.
Madur Courier has to base this loss and pay me back as they have failed to delivery their services.
