Dear Team,
We have purchased a Maruti Ecco (DL9CAB0260 on the Name of Virender Kumar Sharma) 4 months back i.e. on 20 Jan from Magic Auto. We are facing a lot problems in the same since then. When the car is driven on CNG kit provided by the company itself, it keeps stopping after completing its first 10-15 Kilometers. After every service (1st 4 Free Services) the car comes without being washed. We tried to contact the service center people at Magic Auto but got no good response. From the last three days, they are keeping the car for the whole day but still no proper resolution has been provided to complete the issue faced by me.
This kind of poor service is not expected from a reputed firm like Maruti.
Can I ask that you look into this to ensure that the next service visit, arranged for 17th may resolves the matter.
