I haranadh peri took a car loan from Magma shrachi finance limited, raipur c.g. vide agreement no. PG/0022/C/06/001477 dated 19.03.2008 for 5 years. but i repay the loan amount on 29.12.2009 through cheque. but some reasons cheque was deposited after 29.12. resulting is that loan closure was delayed by three days. company will collect the emi of Rs. 10, 300/- from my account through ecs. after somany representaions they return the excess collection amount after deducting the three days intrest. but they didnot pay intrest to me from 10.01.2010 to 30.01.2010.and they are collect the 5% penalty for preclosure of the car loan.kindly advise me should i recover the amounts from above finance company or not.
