Gear Box Problem

I am shanmukayy G mathapati, Belgaum Karnataka, I purchased Mahindra Xylo D2 Golder simmer colour on 16th May from Sutaria Auto Centre, Hubli, Karnataka, eng No was JAA4D12908, after taking of delvery the vehicle was runs smoothly up to 10kms after 2minutes the vehicle was suddenly comes to the nutral gear, 2 3 times, at that time only i contact with Mr Ishwar Sales Consultant, he said nothing is problem you so to the belgaum service centre when i contact with belgaum service centre one person was came and he attend the complaint he says i will pass the same meessage to works Manager, Hubli, he said, when the works manager called me on 20th may at 3.45pm he said the gear box problem is their and i will speak with company people he said, when i called again on 25th may at 12.30pm he told me i will intimeted to head office and i have take aproval from head office he said,

finally i asked how many day's you want to solve this problem he said minimum 8 to 10 days he said,

see how much useless fellows are there i was paid them Rs. 6, 55, 300/- and vehicle was not in good condition who is responce this problem wether the M & M company is also sliping or what why like that happen...?

when i runs the vehicle in 3rd and 4rth gear continusally, what was milliage of the vehicle who will give the fuel.

please look into this matter please clear the problem as soon as possible.
