I have purchased a Logan in Goa .i have two problems for now and the management seems to be covering their ass.
problem 1) There is a flaw in the ventilation ac system as the rats find it easy to enter the car, i have other cars maruti parked in the same parking but in 20 years i have never had a incient with any of the rats getting in my car.i had to pay around 7000 rs for the companys screw up.the service station manager answered by giving me bullshit like your vent for inlet air must have been open (it was closed i double checked it).we are studying the problem.result i am poorer by 7000rs in addition to the waste of time and subjected to torture in the form of bullshit'
Problem 2) The doors are the front seat door is rattling .i was advised by the technican i have to update to the new strikers fitted on the new cars and that will cost me 250 rs each striker minus the labour now why in gods name should i shell out money for the imperfections from the company.the service centre answers you had to avail extended warranty we would have covered it free, i was never expained about the future defects in my car, secondly i did not opt for extended warranty as i do not cover the required kms to make it worth the warranty. what should i do besides praying.
