Paint at bonut and right side fenner got fainted

I bought my scorpio lx from chandgotia motors ambala on 20 oct paint at bonut and right side fenner got fainted amazingly showing bubbles as if these have been painted with substandard norms I am disappointed with great name of mahindras veh has not run even 20000 kms and clutch has started making noise after 50kms run.
