Problem in the wiring Not prope

Dear sir,

I purchased new mahindra Scorpio vlx model in march from G3 Motors. Before the first service my car was stopped on the way, after the too much efforts my driver start it. After the first service there is a problem in window glass. Its not open. I went to service station again and repaired it but same things happen again. I dant know why this happen again and again with new car. They are not giving me the reason but just repair and return me.

I feel there is a problem in the wiring of the car. Please let me know what to do. Every time i am not able to go for repairing with new car.
