Delay in supply of spare parts from mahindra

with ref to above we regret to inform that we have toed our thar DI for repair after an accident occurred on 16th july to ITL motors calicut. though its more than a month they are simply dorging us that the spares are not received by them from your office. we have purchased the vehicle on an assurance from your company that the spares are available n all the sales service centres. inspite of lot of complaints made by your consumer care nobody has taken any effective action to supply the spares and getting the vehicle repaired. hope u take immediate action asap to c that our vehicle is repaired immediately.

due to the inordinate delay in repair in the vehicle we are put into a heavy loss by engaing another vehicle for hire @ rs.2000 per day.

hope you will not force us to approach the consumer court for the redressal of the loss.

your early action is highly solicated.
