Fraudulent and Harassment practices with customers At Mahindra & Mahindra

Hi,

I purchased Mahindra xylo, in february and 15000kms done, its engine seized and i gave my vehicle for repair at Mahindra I got standing at service centre and since 2 n half months i regularly paying 12000 rs emi which means 36000 rs without using my vehicle for 3 months and I contacted the company officials through customer care by taking some of the email ids from net and after 2 months they said for engine replacement but before that i asked mahindra in writing not to repair vehicle in my absence and the service cntre taken out all the parts except engine which was defective and as i feared of some fraud at that step, i forwarded a mail in this regard to mahindra along with pictures of the vehicle and same happened while engine replacement i was told that ctutch palte and pressure plate have got damaged and needs to replaced and now being asked for the bill of the same.

I want justice as due to manufacturing defect which consisted of defective connecting bearing which in turn cracked the crankshaft and engine got seized. I had 36000rs without using the vehicle and getting a vehicle which got defective because of manufacturing fault of Mahindra and Mahindra and I should get a new vehicle and my 36000 rs which i had paid
