Amount not reffunded from past 10 days

Hi Sir / Madam

I made a fight ticket booking from Makemytrip site on 10th Feb from New delhi to hyderabad. The amount go deducted from my account and ticket was not booked. Till today i gave a call to the vendor for thrice and are just up to give me a several reference numbers butnot my money of 6705/- every time i call they tell it will be refunded back into my account in 72 hours. almost 10days completed but my amount is not yet refunded. I have provided all the information like CC avenues reference number and trade number also. But till now my amount was not refunded. Please suggest me on how to take this forward
