Efund not received

I tried to meke a reservation from Bhavnagar (gujrat) to Borivali (mumbai) on the 14th of september.

The site www.makemytrip.com could not process my request. The transaction cancled but I am yet to receive any money refund from the merchant. I have registered a complain 8 times, yet I have been only receiving assurance.
