Hi!

MMT Booking ID NN252042283404

MMT is pathetic. I had booked an international flight with them. There was a cash back offer on it. Even after a month they have not debited my account with same. I tried calling them a few times but each time even after 15-20 minutes and in one case even 30 minutes nobody answered. However the calls to booking section get answered in under a minute.

So i tried writing emails to them. You will be surprised like myself at the reason over different times they gave including one to my bank for no cashback disbursment.

1.) Sir the cashback will happen when first flight takes off.

2.) The code entered was wrong

3.) There is no code entered

and finally one from MMT to my bank HDFC

1.) There is no cash back for flights originating from international destination.

Well why was it not there in terms and conditions???

Anyways i will never use them again and will make extra effort for other to not use them too.
