Could not log into USER I.D. after changing the profile of Mobile no. and email address

I could not log into my user i.d of "SRIDEVIKA5" of IRCTC login.

I could not use my old password. When i try forget password, i am being informed "new paaword is reset and it will be known through your registered mail. But i have not received any mail regarding new password.

i sahl be thankful if the problem is resolved since i want to cancel oneticket.
