Poor service from Maruthi distributor popula

Ought Maruthi Ritz LDI on 23-11-09 (chasis no-113027, engine no-1247956) Purchased from POPULAR, Trivandrum. Within a week I noticed that Front door handle is fading, cabin noise coming from the door opposite to driving seat and hard to shift 3rd gear (Rough and also slipping) I informed the same to the distributor POPULAR but none of them is sorted out the issue and I got the reply that some parts are not available and it is yet to come and they will call and replace and rectify it within a week. I feel they Believe in "Hit and Run Policy" and not intrested in giving support to the customers. Before buying the car they used to tell lot of fundas about their sevice & support. My first sevice was over around 750 km after that Every week I will follow up regarding the same Now almost 50 days are over and the problem is yet to sorted out. Now I traveled almost 3700 km and regareding the 3rd gear issue the same problem persist and now the overall performance of the vehicle is gone down. Now engine sound has also increased. If I take my vehicle to the Popular Maruthi sevice station I am sure that without rectifying the complaint they will give it back. Previously I planned to buy Hyundai I 10 Magna but due to service support and goodwill of the manufacturer I finalized Ritz. Now I am tottaly disappointed due to my decision.
