I have purchased a wagon r vxi bs-iv from M/s RKS Saboo Motors, Malakpet, Hyderabad on 14.05.2010 and taken delivery on 16.04.2010 (sunday). at the time delivery we have brought to the notice of the sales executive that the left rear power window button was damaged. however, i was told that the same would be repaired / replaced on any working day as the workshop remains closed on sunday. this went on till 15 -20 days. one day when i got my vehicle registration number plates fixed (AP 29BH9344) I requested the sales executive to look into the long pending issue. then at the point where my number plate was fixed, the power window button was attended to and as per the advise of the sales executive (Mr. P. Srinivasulu), Feviquick was putinto the button. It resulted in 'jam' of the said button and till date it is not replaced. i have brought the same to the notice of the show room executive (Mr. RAvindra Babu) during vehicle's first service. i was asked to wait for a week, stating that the model is new and parts are readily not available. however, till date nothing is done. i remainded mr babu for atleast 10 times. now mr.babu is not picking up my calls and i am very much DISSATISFIED with the way they have attended tome. i request you to resolve the issue in a weeks time, failing which i shall take up the issue at an appropriate forum.
