Sir,

i have to say that, i have purchase maruti suzuki alto lxi 2010 model bs4 from vaus showroom patna, after 1 year in jun 27 when i went to vau's service center for free check up . my vehicle meter reading is about 3027 km only, the supervisor insist me to change the engine oil, when i agree to change it, he is SAYING THAT HE HAS ONLY LOOSE ENGINE OIL, i insist him to give me packed engine oil but he is still saying that your warrenty will not be valid, u have to use this loose engine oil, i dint change it.
