I have purchased a Maruthi A star from Sarathy Motors on 2.7.10 Veh No. KL21C/58 and this vehicle was sent for first service to my nearest service centre i.e. Herculies in Vazhayila on 10.7.10 and they removed the first service coupon and informed me that due to defect in service gun
the service is not possible today. Hence they given another date on 13.7.10. On the 13.7.10 I had a call to the service centre, they again they informed that their service gun is not repaired and the service can't do on 13.7.10 also. Again they given another date i.e. 15.7.10.
With this I lost three days for this works. Kindly inform the concerned serv ice centre for proper dealing to avoid customers problems.
