THIS COMPLAINT IS REGARDING MY VEHICLE WAGON R DL5CD-1183 WHICH MET WITH AN ACCIDENT ON 10.02.10. I GAVE THE CAR FOR REPAIRING/BODY SERVICE TO M/S TANYA AUTOMOBILES 90, NAUCHANDI GROUND MEERUT FOR SERVICE & BODY REPAIR. AS PER THE JOB CARD PROVIDED TO ME I WAS PROMISED THE DELIVERY OF VEHICLE ON 28.02.10. BUT AFTER CONSTANT PHONE CALLS AND ALSO COMPLAINING TO THE DEALER, THEY ADVISED THAT THE CAR WILL BE DELIVERED TO ME ON 04.04.10 I.E AFTER 1 MONTH OF PROMISE. WHEN I WENT TO TAKE THE DELIVERY OF CAR THEY KEPT ME WAITING FOR THE WHOLE DAY SAYING THAT SOME MINOR WORK IS PENDING. I MET ALL THE RESPONSIBLE PEOPLE AT THE OUTLET LIKE SH JAIN THE GM OF THE WORKSHOP, SH NIZAM THE WORKS MANAGER BUT NOTHING HAPPENED. AFTER KEEPING ME WAITING FOR THE WHOLE DAY TILL 8:00 P.M IN THE EVENING THEY ADVISED ME THAT THE THEY WILL GIVE ME DELIVERY OF THE CAR ON NEXT DAY SAYING SOME ESSENTIAL PHOTOGRAHS REQUIRED FOR CLAIMING INSURANCE ARE STILL PENDING.

SIR I REQUEST THROUGH YOU TO PLEASE FORWARD THIS MAIL TO MARUTI SUZUKI INDIA LTD REGARDING THE PROBLEMS FACED BY THEIR CUSTOMERS.

IN THIS CONNECTION I WILL ALSO LIKE TO ADD THAT DURING THIS NIGHTMARE I FOUND SOMETHING VERY HORRIBLE HAPPENING THERE. I HEARD THE STAFF OF THE WORKSHOP THAT THEY ARE EXCHANGING PARTS OF CUSTOMER VEHICLES. LIKE BATTERY OF ONE CAR IS FITTED IN TO ANOTHER, STEERING OF CARS ARE BEING EXCHANGED. SOME THING UNEXPECTED.

I REQUEST THAT PROPER ENQUIRY BE CONDUCTED IN THIS REGARD. ALSO THEY ARE ACCEPTING THE PAYMENTS ONLY IN CASH WHICH ALSO GIVE RISE TO SUSPICIONS.
