Maruti Alto LXI poor body

I have purchased a Maruti Alto Lxi car from DD motor Okhla Delhi in 24- June.

After some I noticed that roof of my Alto is very poor, when I clean the roof with cloth it goes down.

2. On second gear driving doesn't work properly...

I have complaint many times to DD motor but no action has been taken as yet even they are saying that this manufacturing fault from company...

Please let me know that what should be done...
