I have recently purchased WAGON R VXI from Automotive Mfg., Dombivli with an Exchange of my Santro car.

This was my first time to go with Maruti car, as I was using Hyundia' model for last 8 years and was very Happy with it and its services.

But to my surprise, on the same day of my Delivery, there was some noise in the Silencer. I have to take to the Service center on the next day, they did tried to do some R&D but of no use.

A day after my Brother-in-Law Mr. Nikhil Pawar, who is also marked in the Cc and who work in the automotive field for last 14 years, personally took the Wagon R to the service center. The representative of the Service center, did tried changing few parts, replaced with the new one, but still no success.

I would presonally like your kind attention in these matter, as I am in the impression, that since I have been handed some inferior quality of Wagon R car as a part of Exchange of my Santro, . The reason is pretty simple, new car does not have to be having so much of issue.

If the service center is not able to resolve the issue, request to replace my car with another new model of Wagon R VXI.
