I'm VELMURUGAN I'm a service engineer in whirlpool service centre at vellore. In the Date of 20.05.2010 i was purchased a maruti OMINI and my vehicle no is TN23 AJ 8912 In my vehicle i had problem from the date i had purchased so i contact the maruti service centre . the actual problem is front wheels are won't out (inner part of the tyres) and also vehicle was left pulling so regarding this complaint i already send a complaint through mail in the month of NOV still not the problem get rectified. In between this period i have replaced 2 sets of treys In one set of tyre company gave 50% concession .in that mean time there is no proper assembling in gear and clutch due to this, joint (star) and crown are damaged for the above complaints still now i don't get any proper result from the service center so today (30.11.2011) i registered an complaint through call centre and the complaint no is 1782722303 regards this complaint they revert to me i went to service centre and meat MR. jaya prakash and the GM Mr. tirupathi and asked about my complaints they treated me like unwanted person and they don't gave any respect and they are scaring me .they said that, you reg a complaint so we don't do anything for you .if you need any help go and contact the call centre... i need result regrading this matter... i'm getting scared about this matter... And then i registered an complaint about misbehavior with me and the complaint no is 3747584373... i need help from the higher authorial

5.CHANGING TO NEXT GEAR I GOT HEAVY NOISE IN THAT TIME
