MISBEHAVIOUR AND NEGLIGENCE OF SERVICES BY AUTORISED DEALER

WE ARE HAVING MARUTI SWIFT PURCHASED BEFORE 7 MONTHS... WE ARE FACING SOME TECHNICAL ISSUE WITH BATTERY AND THE CAR IS NOT BEEING STARTED.HENCE SAME HAS BEEN PROVIDED TO ONE OF THE FAMOUS DEALER JAGMOHAN AUTOMOBILES SERVICES IN SONEPAT HARYANA..

AS PER THE TECHNICAL AGENT BATTERY HAS SOME MAJOR ISSUE AND NEEDS TO BE REPLACED HENCE THEY ASKED FOR 1 DAY TO CHANGE THE NEW BATTERY AND TAKE OUR CAR IN THEIR CENTRE..

MY CAR IS STILL WITH JAGMOHAN CENTRE FROM LAST 3 DAYS, WHEN ASKED TO GIVE US BACK... HE IS USING ABUSE LANGUAGE AND SAYING CAR DOES NOT BELONG TO HIM AS IT HAS BEEN PURCHASED FROM NOIDA..AND ASKING US CHANGE OF BATTREY WILL TAKE NEXT 4 DAYS...

MY COMPLAINT IS WHO IS RESPONSE FOR SUCH DELAYS SECONDLY WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FINANCIAL LOSS WHICH AM FACING FROM LAST 3 DAYS..

I WANT AND APPLOLIGE LETTER TO BE MADE FOR USING ABUSE LANGUAGE AND MY BATYTERY TO BE CHANGED IN NEXT 24 HRS OR REPLACE MY CAR AND PROVIDE ME ANOTHER...
