Poor response

I have purchsed a car from Kataria before two years, I have passed through many difficulties while delivery, spare parts and till now not received registration no. and free gift after two months!!!

Sales executives gives list of reasons or no response and authorised person always busy in meetings - not available every time when i tried to reach them.

I would like to put a very strong and serious complaint about this and solicit immediate actions from Maruti.
