I have purchased an alto lxi in March. The company claiming average of 19.7 kms / liter. My car is giving average of 13-14 kilometers / liter. When i approached service centre they said After 5000 Kilometers you will get the Average of 18 Kilometers or more. Their mechanic has also taken a test ride and chcked the average it was again 13-14 Kilometers per liter. The Service centre incharge has given an reply that with AC Average of 13-14 Kms is perfect we have not claimed the Average with AC anywhere. The problem is still unresolved.
3-4 days back there is heavy rain fall in night at udaipur when opened the door of Car in morning I have seen that there is around 20-30 liter wter has entered inside the care. When I went to workshop they checked the car and we have seen that tehre is lickge in roof strip and Joints on roof on right side of the car. The water had damaged the as amplifire and my laptop. This has caused loss of around 3- Thirty two thousand rupees to me. The company has given a mere reply that it was just a small manufacturing defect and it will be repaired by us free of cost. Now we have decided to file a componsation suit against the company in consumer foroum. IT was worst service i hve ever heared about any company.
