CUSTOMER HARASSMENT AND ABUSEMENT

Respected Sir / Madam,

I bought MARUTI ALTO K10 two months back. At the time of purchase they promised to put the SEAT COVER as per my requirement. Everyday they were saying it is coming. But last week, they harassed verbally and refusing to put the cover. till date i called them more than 50 times.

Please suggest how to proceed with this complaint.
