On (9/4) my car was accident; i took my car to Balaji maruti service station. my car was fully ensured, a surveyor came from Iffco Tokiyo (S K Aggarwal) and he declare the car as total loss and offer only Rs.1, 90, 00 for this due to some adverse circumstances we accept his offer but still the check of Rs. 1, 90, 000 not received, Now not a single letter or call came from company, personally we tries to contact at Head office Delhi of Iffco Tokiyo and we get a letter from there in which company ask for submission of original R.C. and Original Policy Documents But at same time that letter have incorrect policy No. and correct owner name & Vehicle Number. We are confused to see that, Maruti Insurance Agency Services says that it’s a matter of iffco tokiyo, please guide us, Now we are thinking that we are cheated by your company.
