This is in reference to issue of " No claim Bonus" from previous insurer to settle insurance claim of my Vehicle no. CH03-P-2212 dated 3/9 send by M/s New India Assurance vide their claim no. 352300/31/11/108 against policy no. 352300/31/11/01/00001427. Despite repeated request to your New Delhi office at Cannaught place by officers of my present insurer i.e.M/s New India Assurance sector-17 and also by the concerned development officer. Due to non-issue of No claim bonus certificate for the previous year my claim could not be settled.
It is requested to kindly look into the matter urgently to get the no claim bonus issue settled.
