Delay in delivery of repaired ca

Dear Sir,

Maruti has been known for his product and service excellence, but your Jodhpur dealer M/s. Shree Krishna Auto Sales is spoiling the reputation of Maruti.

Sir, we have given our Omni 8 Seated car RJ04 UA0833 in repairing and service in 13th feb.2010. Shree Krishna Auto Sales committed the delivery on13th March. We had March closing, had lots of touring for our business where we had to expend Rs.46000/- for hiring taxi during last 15 days of march. The worst part is the dealer is just postponing the dates of delivery and we are suffering from his poor response.

Sir:-

(1) Please help us to get the delivery of our car earliest possible.

(2) Penalize the dealer for the actual expenses of Rs.46000/_ against the delay. We do not wish to have single penny extra than Rs.46000/-, it is just due to poor service from the Maruti dealer.

(3) Make necessary action against the dealer Shree Krishna Auto Sales jodhpur, trying to spoil India’s leading car manufacturer.
