I own swift dzire car no. DL 3C AZ 5357. i went to maruti service masters, okhla to solve starting problem in my car. In morning 11:00 am my car didn't start, i called maruti on road service on 18004200 one technician came and said battery is discharged, started with another battery. going to workshop front tyre driver side damaged.

chaged the tyre by mechanic, found studd of rim is free.

I reached to service masters at 1:30 pm, met Mr. Vinod (manager) and at 3:30 pm he inspected the car and said repairs will be done next day.

If he would had inspected the vehicle at same time i might be able to get the defects repaired from other workshop.

I went there b'coz all services and other allied works have been done by then till date from the time of purchase of vehicle.
