I booked on April 7. They assured that the bike will be delivered in 30 days. I made a payment of Rs.500/- as an advance and they given the receipt of bike model with the expected delivery date.
Since I didn't get any call from the showroom, I visited the show room by 5th May (after 28 days) to know the status (this is the tentative time bike to be delivered) of the bike. I was told that I can't get Unicorn model which I booked. They claim that Honda has stopped production and now CB Unicorn only will be available. I have been quoted another RS 3k in addition to take the new model. I haven't received even a single intimation call regarding this issue. I came to know only when I visited the showroom.
I can't pay additional Rs.3k for their carelessness. They do not seem to take any kind of responsibility. They are just simply ignoring me and saying we can't do anything. I was waiting for nearly 30 days and how can I accept that I will not get the bike which I booked and instead pay extra money and take the new model. I'm not ready to pay the extra money since it's not my mistake. I am also not ready to cancel my booking since I need a bike.
I booked this bike because of my urgency but due to the above mentioned circumstances and their negligence, I am facing physical, mental worries and also unnecessary money loss, time loss and energy loss.
