MAruti Suzuki Baleno SGP certified part - Shock Absorber defective
SHock Absorber defective

I have decided to replace the both shock absorbers for my Baleno in the month of December. On Dec 24th, I have bought the shock absorbers from RM Motors - ECIL X roads - A maruti certified part supplier. I have purchased the shocks and have replaced them with old ones

After 3 Months, I went for recheck of my car and one of shocks found to be defective with full of oil leakage. I went to RM Motors and they say they can maximum give 25% discount on new shock and wont refund me any money.

PLease tell me what should I do.
