Dear Sir,
I have booked a return ticket from Yatra.com from as under.
1. Mumbai to Jaipur travel date 02/05, Airline-Indigo, Flight
No-6E-207, Airline PNR - DEQIDB.
2. Jaipur to Mumbai, travel date 03/05, Airline-Indigo, Flight
No-6E-254, Airline PNR-DEQIBQ
Due to blockage of road because of some accident i manage to reach 30
mins before the schedule departure of the flight.
The executive person at the counter refused to provide me the boarding
pass. I have requested him to issue boarding pass and i have explained
the reason for coming late, but he did not accepted my request.
He told me that they have got another flight in after noon you can
travel via that flight, then i have requested the concerned executive
to cancel my ticket then and there but he refused and told me that
since you have booked the ticket from yatra.com and the ticket will
be cancelled and the fare would be refunded by yatra.com only, but due
to urgency i have taken another Air India flight (flight no-AI 611) at
9 AM after paying Rs. 7640 fair.
Further i would like to inform you as per schedule i have come back
from Jaipur to Mumbai by the scheduled flight.
In view of above i request you to look into the matter and refund the
fare of Mumbai to Jaipur as per the procedure of your organization at
the earliest.
I have registered a complaint whose Query Reference Number is: 120504-001135 on yatra.com also.
They have come back to me saying that you will be getting only Rs. 233 refund and the charges are Rs. 300 so there is no refund payable according to yatra.com
You are requested to refund the fare as per guidelines of Director General of Civil Aviation Requirements Sec. 3, Air Transport, Series 'M' part -IV, Issue I dt. 06/08 at the earliest.
