Defective car given by Maruti & harrasment by Service station

This is in reference to the purchase of Maruti Swift Vxi (DL 2C AL 3264) in Mar... All of a sudden the clutch, gears of my car got harder. When I visited the workshop in Nariana..First of all, no one was even ready to check the problem... they wanted me to get the booking done first..then they would check it so the harassment started from day 1... I did that and visited the workshop the following day.

After I had given the vehicle I got a call that they found mud in the clutch plates so they had to be replaced... Ideally it should be replaced with in warranty period of 2 years but when I went to pay the bill I got to know... that it was not covered with in warranty (which also raises a big question mark on what is conveyed to the customer at the time of purchase)..so you would have to pay for it..As my brother's marriage was the following day so I had to get my car at any cost... I paid for that charge.

It has been almost 3 months after that... this problem has still not been resolved and they have taken my vehicle to the workshop so many times but it has been of no help... everytime I called up customer care I was given a new ticket number that the same would be escalated and your problem would be resolved.

I am really not sure if Maruti is short of skilled engineers because my problem doesn't seem to be resolved... I don't feel like going back to the service station again because I feel there will be no improvement to what it is now..as the engineers don't either look into the problem seriously or they don't know how to resolve it.

They seem to be just harassing me and the customer service team just calls me to check if it is resolved or not. I think they are aware that until someone skilled would look into it..it won't be resolved.

I would really appreciate if you guys please help me in getting it resolved because I have given enough time to maruti's engineers to resolve it for me but there seems to be no resolution for the same..I also feel that I have been provided with a defective product... which should ideally be replaced.
