We had booked three tickets for flight IT514 320 from Kolkata to Mumbai scheduled to leave Netaji Subash Chandra Bose International Airport on 12 Sept at 20:25 hrs. We had booked each ticket separately because we had used your Rs 500 discount coupon and had paid Rs. 3928 per ticket. For your reference, the details are as follows: Ticket no.090246798021 Booking Reference (PNR): ISGCPH; tckt no. 0902467927758- bkng ref (PNR): NAFVYR; and tckt no. 090246798156-bkn ref (PNR): MMIODL.However, we got a message from you that the evening flight on 12 Sept was cancelled and that we could be accommodated on the morning flight which didn't suit our purposes. So we requested cancellation of all three tickets and were assured a full refund. When we called on 27 August, we were given receipt no.0900470141235 and assured the entire amount for three tickets would be credited into out account within 5 working days. However, on getting our credit statement in October, we realized that we had received a refund for two tickets only. We called Kingfisher and were advised to file our complaint on your website which we did. After a month's wait, we noticed in our new statement that there has been no refund for the remaining ticket. Kindly let us know when we can expect the remaining amount. We look forward to a quick settlement of this issue.
