Dear Sir/Mam.

Respectfully I wish to say that the car Maruti Ritz number HR20T 1118 was purchased by me on 19-2 from Modern Automobiles Hissar and it was met with accident on 15-01 & still the car is under repair. I am suffering very badly. Even nobody was ready to kept my car at their premises. The car was got insured from New India Insurance Co.. Hissar under policy number 460302572. I would like to request you to pls confirm how much amount of depreciation is required to be deposited by me. I ve rceived some verbal communication from marui suzuki dealer that total billed amt is 4, 9- and depreciation amt is 1.69/- however new car cost is 4.90/- of same car//. they have given us 6, 61, 718/- estimate also for the repair of same car from same dealer of maruit suzuki. now i would like to ask if repair total cost is equal to new car then why my car was not gone to total loss..even they people are changing their statements of daily basis.. i am harassed very well.because of maruti... pls look into the matter on urgent basis. and i would also go for legal actions against maruti suzuki and new india assurance co,
