The EECO car no KL31B5924, Engine no: G12BUN111252, chassis no MA3ERLF1S0013925DA, bought from the Hercules Automobiles INT'L (P) LTD, Kayamkulam, Kerala, has been subjected to poor service by the dealer and the latest issue is of the complaint regarding the front glass of the car, which is being smeared by a film of water when it rains, I complained about the non visibility when it rains due to a film of water deposited on the glass. On 29 th of October they took the car and claimed to have changed the wiper and third servicing, charged me a sum of Rs. 1885/-., invoice no: BR10000829, but the problem persists and it is very difficult to see the road when it rains. Kindly note this problem may lead to an accident and crucial problems to the life of the driver and occupants. Repeated complaints and requests have not been heeded to.
