Replacement of faulty parts

I own a New WagonR (2010 make), purchased through Sai Service Station, Ernakulam on 20/10. The Vehicle is serviced at AGT Motors, authorised workshop at Pathanamthitta. On the 3rd free Service, I lodged a complaint at the Service Station regarding a humming noise in the Engine part which was identified as "Faulty Alternator" that has to be replaced at the cost of the Company. They directed me to approach Popular Motors, the Authorised Dealer of Maruti at Pathanamthitta. After examination, they also recommended the replacement of the Alternator and placed an Order to the Company on 3/12. Even though a span of two months has elapsed, the Alternator has not yet been replaced.

The running of the vehicle is at risk.

Steps may be taken for the early replacement of the "Faulty Alternator" before the engine comes to a Break-down.
