I Naveen Singhal from AGRA. I had a Swift Dzire Maruti car having no UP80 BL 0106. I give my car for 4 th paid services in Prime Motors service centre Agra byepass road Agra on 10.10.2011 with no problem in car (i.e only because my service is due). They made service but my car does not picking up excellator after service. I check it and complaint the same to service centre on 11.10.2011 and told that the there was some problem with cluth/excellator my car is not picking up speed. They said I will send you the engineer to your premises but they does not do so. After repedeatly complain the same they said I will send engineer after diwali.. On 30.10.2011 i.e after diwali they send us the service engineer and the engineer is saying that your clutch is down. Then I made complaint on 18001800180. Then the service centre said to me that please you agree to change your clutch and I will made you a discount on your bill.

I want to know that my car is running only 11000 odd kilometer and only after the day of service the problem occur that you can also check from my JOB Card Data. Is this a way to earn the money by changing the parts and creating the problem to the customer.
