Hello Sir,
I have got my maruti suzuki Ritz Lxi model on July 14th. I have asked at the time of purchase regarding the Central locking system to be attached to the car which was confirmed by the authorities (Sai service, Edapally). Its been two months since the time of delivery still they have not yet equipped the security system to my car. When i inquired about the same i got a response like central locking is out of stock and they have no idea about when the stock will be available. The authorities are now asking to equip central locking system provided by other companies. I am a bit surprised a renowned company like Maruti Suzuki is not providing the central locking facility for Lxi model. Please help me on this.
