In 2010 I purchased a Maruti Zen Model 2002 from True Value (Auto Pace-Chandigarh), only with an intention to have an AC car, however since the time of buying, I am facing trouble in AC cooling.
In brief, I contacted Autopace many a times, and spoken to advisors, according to them, the gas to be refilled in my Zen is RG-12, which is not available anywhere, and they are suggesting me change the compressor of AC This was not told to me either while time of purchase, had it been a concern, I would have installed AC in my Maruti 800 only (which i sold to true value, only because of AC). Now I am stuck and not getting any resolution. I have good faith in Maruti, but feeling like dithced by True Value. I am submitting this complaint hoping to get a resolution out of it. I complained with dealer as well, they have called me twice and everytime they say, we'll speak to our seniors and would get back but never heard any resolution. Kindly intervene and get this resolved, else I may have to contact consumer court.
