I, P. Srinivasa Rao purchased the Maruthi Suzuki Swift in the year 2010 at S.R. Motors, Tirumalagiri, Hyderabad and registered as AP24AG 6688 at Nalgonda. There is noise in the engine while it is driving apart from heavy smoke. Complaint was reported to Mithra Agencies, RTC 'X' Roads, Hyderabad on 28-03. Vehicle was kept in their service centre for 12 days. But complaint was not rectified and advised to observe upto another 5000 Kms. Thereafter, On 16-5 the vehicle was handed over to Mitha Agencies for rectification of the said complaints. Again they kept the vehicle for a period of 12 days and not rectified the said complaint. Again the noise and smoke is causing much inconveience. Requested to take appropriate action and to rectify the complaint.
