Respected Sir,
I have given my car Swift dzire no UK07 AC 2694 for repair on 28/11 to Rohan motors Ltd. (G.M.S. Road) Dehradun. They have agreed to deliver my car on 08/12 as per their job card. Before the delivery date i myself enquired about the status of my car, they told that request is sent for unavailable parts and my car would be ready on time and i also request to deliver my car on time as i have many urgent work and would be using my car. But all things are of no use, today i.e. 13/12 when i myself enquired they told that still my car is not ready and they need 4 more days for repairing.
Is this the kind of service Maruti Suzuki is giving to its customer, what is the use of claiming that we are no 1 in customer service. Who will going to bear the loss which i have encurred for the delay from their side.
It is very sad to say that this kind of service is not the ethics of Maruti Suzuki moreover i want the compensation of Rs 5000 for every day delay from 08/12.
