On 7th May'10, due to some damage in my car, I had given my car to 1up motors for the accidental insurance claim. My car number is UP32 CC 2190. For the time being they gave me a loner car WagonR. On 10th may'10 they gave me my car and took away the loner car. Afterwards, i found out that the work wasnt done upto the mark plus my car had a new scratch on the rear bumper. When i called them again, they asked me to again give them my car and they will repair it within 2 hours the next day. They came to my house and took my car, gave me another swift VDi. After one hour when i was about to leave for my office, i found out that the battery of this car was totally discharged. I called and complained again. A guy from the service centre came and took the car with him by starting it using another battery. When i told them my problem that i wont be able to make it to work today, they started laughing and giggling. The names of these men are: Mr. Mathur (works manager) and Mr. Sanjeev (09918100840). I dont think i am a fool to have bought a maruti suzuki car.

When you guys are so particular about your services, these service centre guys at 1up motors behave in such manner and this spoils the customer base of your company. My car has been returned to me while the whole work hasnt been finished yet.
