Hi, My name is Nilesh Nampalliwar 9881900512 this is my contact number

I've booked a maruti suzuki swift on 2nd of sept n the dealer commited me in written that he will deliver the car in a tentetive period of 4 months. And the date given by him was 2nd of january. In that time cost of the car hiked by 13000 rs and that we considered coz it was in the time period commited by the dealer. But now the condition is that he has not delivered the car yet on today's date and now the dealer has told me that there has been another hike in the cost of the car by 20000 rs effective from 16th of january that is after the commited date of delivery by the dealer. Now my question is when the delivery of the car is delayed by the dealer why should i suffer the price hike of the car after the commited date by the dealer. who is responsible for it Me or the Dealer. All the reasons given by the dealer regarding the delivery is that they are going through production problems.
