This is to bring to your information that this is my fourth reminder regarding the problem I am facing in my Swift Vxi car. Since last 10 days I am not driving my car there is risk to my life. The problem is not resolved yet and your Area manager told me that the head of the engine which is distroyed due to fire is still not available. I have called several times. I am getting calls from Sarjit (Meerut), 9760404552, but not getting proper response as he is telling me since last one week that part is not available, I am comming to Pasco, Gurgaon from where I bought SwiftVxi.
No body is paying attention to this problem neighter I am getting any response.
I would appreciate your intervention and immediate attention in this matter for better results. I am unable to do my job due to this problem and I have wasted lot of money in hiring taxi. Who will bear these expense? Secondly I am going through mental stress because of this issue.
