Maruti Suzuki Swift ZDI
Maruti Suzuki Swift ZDI Booking Complaint

I have booked for a Maruti Suzuki Swift VDI on 16th March at Indus Motors, Cochin Shipyard, Thevara, Cochin, Kerala.

I payed an amount to Rs.10, 000/- to dealer while booking this car.

Later when Swift ZDI was launched, I changed my booking to Swift ZDI (Red Color). This was done on October 10.

I'm want my car to be delivered either by last of December or first week of January.

But now my dealer is saying, they can't deliver me Swift ZDI by January first week.

They are telling if needed, they can deliver me VDI, that too the color of their choice.

By January I will be completing 10 months after I have booked the Swift car. Still my dealer is not able to deliver me the required car.

Please take necessary steps to deliver me the Swift ZDI.

Even though I have booked for Swfit ZDI RED color, I'm ready to take any color of Swift ZDI except BLACK.

I can understand Maruti was having some issues with labour strike.
