firsty i introduce myself. i dr arun gupta r/o 111/148, harsh nagar kanpur, up, india. sir i am the proud owner of marutisuzuki cars 5time in a row. this time i bought swift dezire vdi on 15th of jan. during the first shower i realised that my wind screen gets hazy at places which clearup with the movment of viper blades and within no time it reappear on the screen. and does not go even with the ac air flow or wiping the screen with soap and water folloed by clean cloth mopping. it persist even after rain stops. for about half an hour.
i visited the service centre " ktl service centre harsh nagar kanpur" firstly they were not convinced but when i demostrated them today they were in openion that wind glass need to be changed, which they will do from insurence people.
my submission is that if it is a manufacting problem why should i loose my no claim bonos.
kindly look into my problem at an earlist.
