I am deeply aggrieved by the service of Maruti Vittesses Service Center in Andheri West. My Car had met up with accident so the Service Agent Joseph A D'mello was put for job. They took my car on 25th July and then promised to get it repaired and give me back on 5th August. They did not call back even after my repeated calls and requests they gave my car back on 10th august that too not fully repaired. They had changed the behind lights and dikki cover of the car but forgot to even fix the maruti sign on the back of the car. The work was shoddy and half herted besides, no courtesy of calling back and atleast informing the customer of the progress. I am disappointed.
