High Consumption of Fuel

I purchased a Maruti Wagon R, Model No 410, Car Registration No WB06C4081 on 24.12.2009 through Dewars' Garage, Council House Street, Kolkata. The car has till date run about 2600 KM. But fuel usage is below 6 Kms per litre without any use of AC. This is my 2nd Complain without any response from the Company.
